Golf Match - Harvard&Yale vs Oxbridge

The Yale team has two spots to fill for a historic golf match May 6 & 7 at Rye and Royal St. George's. For the first time alumni from the Harvard & Yale are teaming up to take on a team of 12 from the Oxford & Cambridge over two days of foursomes golf. This is the inaugural meeting of the two teams who will henceforth compete annually in ‘The Atlantic Match.’ Only snag is that we’re only a couple of weeks out!

The event will take place on May 6th and 7th at Royal St George’s and Rye Golf Clubs on the Kent Coast just south of London. You would be required to arrive on the 5th May and depart on the 8th May. We have a group booking for accommodation for the team and all the other details have been planned in conjunction with our O&C friends across the pond. But due to some unforeseen work and family commitments a couple of people had to drop out and we now have to fill 3 slots to complete the team of 12.

This is your opportunity to be in involved a very special piece of history: the first ever team to represent the Harvard & Yale Golfing Society, that we are proud to announce will officially founded in the presence of the Oxford & Cambridge Golfing Society, at a special dinner at Royal St George’s. Over the summer we look forward to inviting all H&Y alums to join. More details on events and matches will follow.
